Admission to trading on the growth segment is reserved for equity securities issued by joint-stock companies, regardless of their market capitalization, that have offered to the public equity securities representing a minimum value of ten million Algerian dinars (10,000,000 DZD), distributed among at least fifty (50) shareholders or three (3) professional investors on the day of listing.
The securities offered to the public, as mentioned above, are valued based on the subscription or listing price, as applicable.
A company applying for the admission of its equity securities to trading on the growth segment must:

Have published audited financial statements for the last two fiscal years, unless an exemption is granted by the COSOB. However, this requirement does not apply to companies in the process of incorporation through a public offering.

Submit its valuation report in accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of COSOB Regulation No. 23-04 of 25 October 2023 on the general rules of the stock exchange.

Appoint a listing sponsor for a period of five (5) years. The listing sponsor is responsible for assisting the company during the issuance of securities, in preparing the admission process, and ensuring compliance with its legal and regulatory disclosure obligations.
