NCA- Rouiba Spa is a private Algerian company with a capital of 849 195 000 DA. Its main activity is the production and distribution of drinks, nectars and fruit juices. It was founded in 1966 as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under the name of "New Algerian cannery". The company specialized in the production of tomato paste, Harissa and jams under the brand Rouiba.
In 2003: The Company changed its legal status and became a joint stock company.
In 2006:
- The share capital of the Company increased from 109 472 000 to 152 044 000 DA, reserved for a foreign institutional shareholder: the nonresident private equity firm “Africinvest Limited”.
- Extension of the life of the company to 99 years.
In 2008:
- The former name of the company, "New Algerian cannery" was changed to "NCA- Rouiba SPA".
-The share capital of the company has been increased from 792 195 000 DA to 849 195 000 DA.
In 2011: The listing of the Company in stock exchange was approved by the Board of Directors on 27 May 2011 and ratified on 31 January 2012 by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
In April 2013: NCA-Rouiba Spa conducted the sale of its shares by public offering. The amount of the offering was for 25% of the share capital, ie 849195200 Algerian dinars divided into 8491950 shares.
In June 2013: Fulfilling the admission requirements prescribed by the general regulations of the stock exchange market of Algiers, the equity security of NCA Rouiba Spa was introduced to official listing on 3 June 2013. The issue price was 400 DA .
