Alliance Assurances (Alliance for Insurance) is a joint stock company with initial capital of 500 million DA created in July 2005 by a group of local investors. The capital of the company was increased to 800 million DA during 2009. The year 2010 has seen the same capital increased to $ 2.2 billion DA for the Casualty Insurance activity. This capital increase was made by public offering and has enabled the company to comply with the provisions of Executive Decree 09-375 of 16/11/2009 amending and supplementing the Executive Decree 95-344 of 30/ 10 / 1995 relating to the minimum capital of insurance companies.
In November 2010: Alliance Assurances conducted a capital increase by an offer for subscription. The amount of the offer was for 31 % of the share capital, or 1.44 billion dinars divided into 1,804,511 shares.
In March 2011: fulfilling the admission requirements prescribed by the general regulations of the stock exchange market of Algiers, the equity security of Alliance Assurance was introduced to official listing on March 7, 2011. The issue price was 830 DA.
